Returns & Refund Policy

Ghee is a consumable food product. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened packs cannot be returned or refunded. We appreciate your understanding.

If your parcel arrives damaged/leaked, or you receive a wrong item, we will replace it free of cost. Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video (a single, uncut video opening the sealed parcel) at jicgondia@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 88300 26765.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once an order is handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled but is covered by the damage policy above.

The ₹599 yearly membership fee is one-time and non-refundable. It activates your 12-month price-locked subscription and reserves your monthly fresh batch.

Approved refunds (for eligible pre-dispatch cancellations or confirmed damage cases) are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
